Deposit
At the time of the booking, a deposit in the amount of one night's
room and tax will confirm your reservation. Full payment by credit
card or cash for the remaining balance is required upon check in.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the arrival date are
subject to a $25.00 fee for each room reserved. No refund is
possible for cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date.
Check-out prior to scheduled departure date will result in
cancellation and is non-refundable.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please
advise us if your anticipated arrival time will be after 6:00 p.m.
as the main doors of The Novel House Inn are locked in the evening.
Restrictions
Well-mannered, well-supervised children over the age of 12 are always welcome.
